Other company or product names are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective holders. No transfer or grant of any rights under any names, marks or logos is made or is to be implied by any provision of these Terms of Use or by any other provision contained in the Web Site, and all rights in such names, marks or logos are reserved by WealthHub Solutions and/or respective holders.

You may use WealthHub Solutions Marks or product names to refer to WealthHub Solutions products and services, provided you follow the following guidelines whenever WealthHub Solutions Marks appear:

  1. Your use of WealthHub Solutions Marks must not mislead consumers or imply as to any WealthHub Solutions sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of your company, or your products or services.
  2. You should not use WealthHub Solutions Marks, or any other trademarks, service marks, logos, or trade names of WealthHub Solutions, or any word, symbol, or design confusingly similar thereto, as part of your (i) corporate name; or (ii) as part of the name of any of your product/service or third party’s products/services; or (iii) as part of your internet address, domain name, meta tags, or any other similar designations.
  3. At least upon the first occurrence of each of the WealthHub Solutions Marks, the ™ symbol shall appear.
  4. In any material in which the WealthHub Solutions Marks appear, a notice in the following format will be added: “WealthHub Solutions, WealthHub Solutions logo, any names of additional WealthHub Solutions Marks you use, for example: WealthHub Solutions, WealthHub Solutions ™ are trademarks of WealthHub Solutions”.
  5. All WealthHub Solutions Marks must incorporate the exact and consistent style, type specifications and capitalization as instructed by WealthHub Solutions, without any variations of the same.
  6. The WealthHub Solutions Marks shall be used as an adjective followed by the generic term for the product/service.
  7. Examples: WealthHub Solutions solutions are excellent. Wrong: The WealthHub Solutions performance is excellent. Right: The performance of the WealthHub Solutions solution is excellent.
  8. The WealthHub Solutions Marks shall not be used as a plural noun, for example: Wrong: These are two WealthHub Solutions. Right: These are two WealthHub Solutions services.
  9. The WealthHub Solutions Marks shall *not* be used as a verb. Wrong: The figure was WealthHub Solutions.

These guidelines are not a definitive statement of proper brand and trademark use. WealthHub Solutions reserves the right to oppose any uses of WealthHub Solutions Marks that WealthHub Solutions, in its sole discretion, deems unlawful or improper, even if such use is not expressly prohibited hereunder. WealthHub Solutions further reserves the right to revise these guidelines at any time, without notice.

5. CONTENT, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES INFORMATION

All content available through the Web Site, including but not limited to data, pictures of products, technical drawings, configurations, quote and order information, and catalogue listings is believed to be accurate.
